A) 5 years payment plan with rent guarantee.
This payment plan is available for:
1. OnlyTurnkey apartments
2. Total cash payment will be 60% of the total apartment price. The balance of 40%
will be covered by a 5 years rent guarantee scheme.
3. This is a 0% interest plan. The purchase price is fixed for the whole term.
4. The owner has 4 weeks a each year they can use the apartment.

B) 5 years payment plan without rent guarantee
This payment plan is only available for:
1. Turnkey and Standard apartments
2. Thde total purchase price for the aparttment must be paid over 5 years. 60%
of the purchase price must be paid by delivery. The balance of 40% is spread over 5 years in 4 quarterly payments.
3. This is a 0% interest plan. The purchase price is fixed for the whole term.

C) 25% discount
This payment plan is available for:
1. Standard and Turnkey apartments
2. 25% from the full purchase price#
3. Full payment within 8 weeks of the contract date

D) 20% discount
This payment plan is available for:
1. Standard and Turnkey apartments
2. 20% from the full purchase price#
3. Full payment within 30 weeks of the contract date
