several projects to their credit. Bina owns and manages several
properties in Ras Al Khaimah which they have developed, and has
a highly qualified management at the top.
The Union Group of Companies, is significant
shareholder in Bina Real Estate L.L.C. Union Group has an impressive
track record in successfully operating several businesses including
Real Estate and Construction. Sh. Tariq Bin Khayed Al Qasimi is
the Chairman of Union Group of Companies and Director of Yasmin

Payment Plan
Yasmin Village offers
clients an excellent 60/40 payment plan, meaning 60% is paid up
front in installments every quarter and the balance 40% is due
